Led by licensed Physical Therapists\, this program focuses on improving mobility\, strength and overall wellness during every stage of recovery. \nWHO CAN JOIN\nIndividuals currently undergoing or recovering from breast cancer treatment seeking a safe and supportive way to regain strength and mobility. DESCRIPTION:In this biweekly writing-focused club\, we will explore the many ways you can use language and your creative muscles to write about your own personal life and experiences. We will explore creative writing genres such as poetry\, short stories\, journaling\, and more\, to learn how to describe complex emotions\, life stories\, relationships with others\, and hoes and desires for the future. Using examples from notable writers\, we will see how they write to gain inspiration and an understanding of the power of creative writing. \nThis club is not exclusive to current oncology patients. It is open to friends and family or other support people who also wise to participate and learn to write creatively. The club aims to be an open space for all the ranges of emotions that come with a cancer diagnosis and treatment\, or with life more generally. \nMaterials to write with (journals\, pens\, highlighters) as well as reading materials will be provided. No prior experience with creative writing is required-only an open heart and a mind ready to create! Feel free to bring a guest!!

It is open to friends and family or other support people who also wise to participate and learn to write creatively. The club aims to be an open space for all the ranges of emotions that come with a cancer diagnosis and treatment\, or with life more generally. \nMaterials to write with (journals\, pens\, highlighters) as well as reading materials will be provided. No prior experience with creative writing is required-only an open heart and a mind ready to create! Feel free to bring a guest!!

DESCRIPTION:Supervised Exercise and Recovery for Breast Cancer Patients \nEmpower Your Recovery. Rebuild Your Strength. Regain Your Confidence. \nThe BOSS program is a specialized\, therapist-led exercise and recovery program designed to help individuals prepare for treatment\, support healing after treatment and safety return to daily activity. Led by licensed Physical Therapists\, this program focuses on improving mobility\, strength and overall wellness during every stage of recovery. \nWHO CAN JOIN\nIndividuals currently undergoing or recovering from breast cancer treatment seeking a safe and supportive way to regain strength and mobility.
